Beverley Youdan, Business owner and founder of phr is a Chartered member of the CIPD who possesses a wealth of HR management experience gained over 25 years in senior roles within large blue chip multi national organisations. She is accomplished in motivating others to achieve personal and overall business goals, firmly believing that good team leadership brings increased standards and ultimately profits

If your own HR Manager is on holiday or off sick why not give us a call and we can help out. On a completely impartial basis we can chair meetings, provide guidance to your managers and ask those difficult questions when necessary

Long term sickness absence
It is vital that organizations have a formal strategy in place to help employees return to work after a prolonged period of sickness or injury related absence. On your behalf we can work with occupational health practitioners in planning and coordinating a return to work plan
